Pacific Grove Spice Co-ops The Grove Spice Co-ops are a no-loan, no-fence, joint venture owned by Florida-based Grove Spice Co-ops. The Co-ops relocated and re-opened in 2004, with the co-op also being operated by an estate/contingency venture.
