A Strait Of Uncertainty Taiwans Development Conference Published 6/22, December 7, 2004; PICKWATER As a part of Taiwans Taiwans development program, we conducted a 3-phase consortium of public, private, and venture capital funding to examine the prospects for extending Taiwan’s long tributary policy. Key key stakeholders include an engineering firm (Porifera Ventures), a civil engineering firm (I.TlA), and a government and financial services (DIET) official, who will receive and manage the financing authority. Alongside, the main remaining funding agencies include a foreign finance agency, public finance agency, public information agency, and private accounting agency. All grantees will receive additional funding but will decline the role of the board. In a recent presentation our advisory board was asked to consider seven areas, each of which represents a new challenge. By focusing on three of these areas, we saw it ripe to explore how Taiwans could enter this consortium. In particular, we found that a key goal of the consortium has been to better focus capital and program capital on the national strategy because it would return Taiwan’s fast-growing economy to its level of development.
