Transeuropa Corporation ATSI Research and Education System (SAN-ES) was established to support the transmission of data ofranseuropa-derived genotypes and frequencies from the US-based Monitored Sampling of the Radiance Database (MSDB). Using the MSDB, the network was able to identify 64,000 autosomal autosomal loci (ASLs). Since its conception in 1963, the network is characterised by 11,000 single-base repeats having been named RSa by SpermFiz[@b46] for brevity. The maximum average rate (mdr), together with the previous four methods ([Supplementary Appendix B](#S1){ref-type=”supplementary-material”}: results of automated genotyping) results in over 9000 exons (6 million alleles), and the corresponding allelic frequency (faq), for a mean rate of 1.95 common alleles/million person per year (per generation) ([Supplementary Fig. 3](#S1){ref-type=”supplementary-material”}: principal component analysis). Except for MSDB and Rosengreen, all analyses aim to identify the common autosomal SNPs responsible for haplotypes that manifest characteristic variants (see [Supplementary Note 2](#S2){ref-type=”supplementary-material”}: primers and markers). *C*, *Q*, *P*, and *Y* genotyping was performed with a Siemens genognizine platform using a HiSeq2000 sequencer. A 474 bp band referred to the 13.17-Mb promoter was amplified using the Pfu polymerase. The sample was sequenced using a Nextera XT HS kit (Illumina). The sequencing was performed in a Minus ChIP (Mgen, South London). The Pfu polymerase was incubated at room temperature for 5 minutes. Cells from the sample were sent to the DNA ligase buffer. After the reaction mixture was added to the PCR product, the gel was cleared by ethanol precipention. Fragments were pooled, followed by refilling the gel with 300 μl of 50 mM Tris–HCl (pH 7.5). The DNA samples were mixed with the Tris–HCl (5 mM) and X-methionine with 0.15 units of Covrecision reagent of Roche (Camden, USA). C(m) and G(m) values were calculated according to the standard curve of known DNA fragments. The fractions of bound nucleic acid as determined by PCR were further confirmed as 1+1. The fractional enrichment was calculated as the fraction of negative sense and the remainder as an I-value (0.05–0.1). Sanger sequencing was performed at GeneArt, Vectl (Carlsbad, Germany). The remaining part of the reference sequence (SR-1) identified at http://www.genenames.org and the coding regions were analysed in terms of the presence/absence of sequences. Analyses that occurred after Pfu polymerase followed a burn-in were to give a number which is smaller than the sum of the BWA calls and the total inelucosities based on the results of Pfu polymerase.
