A Note For Analyzing Work Groups One of the great challenges in analyzing digital products is how to perform these analyses properly. The only effective way to analyze digital work products is to analyze them extensively. I’ve observed some effective use cases for design/technology in corporate culture with a consistent focus on learning. I want my workers to think and empathize with me when feeling down and to begin to understand what I do to help my workers. I created a new “group of tools” with a background of development and culture and developed my workflow too. Using a lot of time and effort I made sure to invest some time into building the client’s workgroup. First, I created 3 categories for our clients to use and created an Excel spreadsheet that provides all of my tasks. Next, they were able to build out their workgroups and a simple template of what they would need to achieve their goals with their company. At the same time, as I continued to refine my practices I soon gave a template for their workgroups that consisted of all three goals (Workgroup, Task Management, and Goals) and used a similar format even if I didn’t use them. Their workgroup was a “job” which represented what I needed.
