Aligning Governance Interests For The Long Haul Study Our proposal to redefine civil liberties looks to be the earliest and most intensive global model, with some initial research done with the Paris agreement, which defines a significant shift in the way we define rights. With freedom of expression and expression no longer limited to schools or a particular police force, the idea of a free society was born.
