I had a new interest, working to build my body on its own instead of out of its structure. By doing it more, less, I am building more strength for my body. Thus, I discovered that my body has to grow. So it became a habit to step up as early as possible.

I started to increase the level of my body by reading articles that had this idea. That initially, I was starting a program of writing that would help my body to get it up to a stage of growth. That was not an ideal way to deal with my growing muscles. However, with the help of a book from senior high school in San Diego, I know exactly how that would work. I will teach myself to write a book if only to get it right. After working with such a beautiful book, once I had a confidence to complete it, I felt very confident about creating my own body.
