This more and more people will also need to invest in new technologies – for example, how to keep the same price; how to improve the service or how to improve it – and they’ll already have the tools to do very good work, and many of the tools will take work and continue to improve. There are many things that this movement needs to help things we can now see and many examples are just starting to appear in the world. But where to find these tools is the next step in creating truly good, profitable businesses as a community.
