Rwanda National Economic Transformation Act and President Obama’s (Citizens United) Agenda for 2040, the European Council Economic Action Plan, the Council of the Parties (CTEP), the Council of the Parties’ Commission on Aid to the Poor, among others. The European Council Action Plan outlines relevant policy and proposed actions that should have been implemented and the actions that should have been implemented in 2040.
