The Eastview Heights Development Project Now Or Later Eastview Heights, a small suburb in the Greater Toronto Area, began its development boom after being awarded a $10,000 grant to the Greater Toronto Bay Area Development Project. The award was shared with a report today titled Eastview Heights: Planning the Future in the Downtown First Ward, where it’s been described as the new phase of development and development in the Bay Area. There will be a seven- and eight-acre park across nine acres, to be completed in 20 to 30 years from today. To date, additional development in development across the nine acres has taken place.
